Blogging and editing photos with my beautiful girl Dutchess. I realise she must look rather uncomfortable but I can truthfully say that it was her choice of position!

Fire Twirling
After a day at the beach with my boyfriend and one of his housemates, we came back to the house and watched some fire-twirling. Courtesy of Jake and the boys

Peek-a-boo
Sneak peek of a shoot I did with a close friend of mine from university. She has such lovely vintage style and class. Hopefully I will be able to add a link to her blog, when she begins it of course. Will be adding more of these pics some time this week. Have been flat-chat with work and Christmas socials. So much to catch up on and blog!

Dolcettini
Dolcettini is my favourite little patisserie cafe in my local area. Generally a meeting place for me to catch up with old school friends over something sweet. Today I had a fig jelly and salted caramel sauce marscarpone treat.
Yen is ten
Yen magazine is one of my favourite magazines and it's just turned 10! I received my issue 60 in the mail as I ducked home today and can't wait to bury my head in it. I love it's engrossing articles on music, social-issues, fashion and film and everything inbetween. The photos are so beautiful and I just love the style it encapsulates.
Patonga
Last week I went camping with a few uni friends to celebrate the end of uni for 2012. We took two cars and drove about an hour and a half up the NSW coast to a small township called Patonga, near Woy Woy. Following winding, weather-worn roads we reached our destination. There was hardly anyone there as it was the shoulder-period just before the Dec/Jan peak. Not how I remembered it when I used to go as a kid, but almost everything else had stayed the same after almost ten years since I had last been. The next four days were filled with swimming in the lagoon, and watching my newly dyed red ends turn to pink and orange, picnicking, strolling on the beach, taking photos, laughing, foraging for shells, cooking on the bbq, watching the ducks, and more swimming.
